I know most people don't like my articles but this one is good and has pictures also. I'll show you here how to make a matrix-like background. Not something perfect but still looks nice. In 6 steps you'll also know how to make it.
Ok let's start:
1)Make a new picture with these settings below:
2)Then while the black and white clors are selected go to these selections: Filter/Render/Clouds. Which will look something like this:
3)Later go to Filter/Texture/Grain and do these settings below:
4)Your picture will look like this after step 3:
5)Then we press [CTRL]+[U] buttons and do these selections to the opened window:
6)Well done! we are finished, you result should look like this:

You guys have a problem with me? Why are you always voting down! I didn't use any link to anywhere and I found this out myself
"I made this one up while trying to do tv-lines and this came into my mind and voila!"
If you meant that I stole it from somewhere else then you guessed wrong.
@Phizzy I'm not trying to teach anyone a thing I found this out myself and wanted to show to you and to other people like you.
@Pkeod who do you think you are? I'm not gonna reply to you back and drop to your degree...
Go on! continue to vote down.(sheesh)

You can all continue to vote down that's what you all want isn't it!
While replying back isn't even appropriate English. You guys use a contamination of to say back and to reply, somehow becoming to reply back. Hereby i declare you all fools.
Have a nice day!
I've heard of the external-vibration receiving impaired, but this guy can't hear the words he thinks to himself in his head! I think he meant "screwing."
