I am currently recruiting a team of people together to primarily produce a small(ish) project that will involve manipulation across the internet, following this hopefully if the team works well together we will be forwarding our approach to a much bigger project, a lot of which is planned and ready to go.
I do not wish to let out the exact plans for the application in a public forum, however I can explain what my devlopment team are been put together for and what were trying to achieve. Im sure you can understand this as in a normal employment environment you do not apply for a job based on knowing exactly what you will be required to do. However I will be willing to discuss this more in private if you are interested in filling a position.
The project WILL have profit making potential, although initially you will be asked to work for free, along with every other member of the team, but hopefully the benefits of your, and our hard work will pay off.
We currently have the following positions filled within the team:
- Director
- PHP Coder
- MMF Coder
- 2D Sprite Artist
- Background Artist
- Music Artist
The first position to be filled is a Web Developer, to fill this position you must:
- Have high experiance, preferably has been through university.
- Has extensive experiance in the use of photoshop.
- You will be required to show examples of previous work.
- Your role will be to preferably work with the team and manage the website after it has been developed.
- It is not required that you know PHP however this would be preferable.
The second position is a MooAPI Expert user, to fill this position you must
- Have high experiance in using MooAPI especially MooSock.
- Have high understanding of how and why the program works, not just be able to make it work.
- Be able to work fairly quickly with the software.
- Although not required, it is preferable that you show examples of previous work.
Finally for both positions you MUST be a dedicated hard worker. If you are told to do something, you get it done by the deadline date given to you. Although you do not have the incentive of getting anything out of it, at the end of the project this will hopefully not be the case, and the quicker the project is completed the quicker this can happen. The entire team must work off each others back at the same pace. If you are not someone who can be dedicated, please do not apply.
