Okay, now I am brand new to DC, but have been programming RPG's and etc. in VB6 for years before I got MMF 1.5. I have a complete adventure game with graphics & music I have done myself. I think that it's pretty good for a first effort in MMF, but I have 2 really and I mean REALLY n00bish questions:
#1: Okay, so they say that I need the "fueled by fusion" logo in order to sell it, and that the logo can be found "easily" by going to clickteam.com. Well, I've searched that whole site, and for some reason I can't find the correct logo there. I've also tried searching the MMF CDs but no luck there either. I'm sure it's WICKED EASY, but please, where is it found? And also, should I use the logo if I'm just going to submit the game here? Which leads me to..
#2: Now here's the killer. I've never posted or had any of my games on the internet before, and it says that in order to submit a game I need a URL to do it. My game is approx. 11.8MB or so. Where should I go to get my URL, and is it free?
I realize that for most, if not all of you, these are probably stupid questions, but once I learn what I need to you'll see that I have some good stuff to offer the DC community.

1) I don't think anyone puts the logo in their games anymore. Most people just put "made with Multimedia Fusion" or something like that.
2)www.sitesled.com Use Sitesled. It's free, has 100mb of storage and has fast downloads. People have been having trouble signing up there lately though, so if you don't get the activation link from them in a few days, then you may want to do a search for good hosts, but just don't use use freewebs. Downloads from there are slow.
Yeah, the Fueled by Fusion thing is pretty much just for commercial games which don't have the Pro licence. As long as you're not selling them, it's fine without the logo.
It should appear if you have Asian characters installed... it's a Kanji (I think) symbol that happens to look like a reversed swastika. The name of it escapes me.
I found the Fueled by Fusion logo very difficult to find as well - it's in the Runtime Licence Agreement document if that helps, but they haven't exactly gone out of their way to point out where that is on the site either.
There are a lot of free hosts, but for reliability and speed it may be better to pay for it. I'm fortunate enough to have hosting for £3 a year at university - most hosting companies charge a lot more than this, depending on transfer limits, bandwidth, and so on. For the purposes of linking to a file from this site, free hosts should be perfectly all right.
I would let you email it to me so i could put it up on my webspace, but nearly 12mb is too much for an attachment.
no free host would let you put a file that big on their site that i know of.
Searching at www.gamehippo.com may help you out because they've found some good hosts for game makers.
Anyone who flames someone for asking a question is an idiot, however n00bish it is. However i don't like people asking a question so poorly i can't even understand what they're asking.
