You know, it's a pity that when we make games we upload them to TDC and other freeware websites and in a few days most games are quickly forgotten.
We don't get the chance to see our games as a product in games stores or even with their own box art.

So how about we make our own boxes and cover art and even disk/cd art just so we can see what our games would look like if they were real commercial games available to buy now?

You can make it anyway you wish for any of you games, or even someone elses I supose you don't have to make the actual box if you don't want to just make some cover art.

here is my quick attempt for Buzz the squirrel 2.

I will print this out and stick it to the box i made later, and maybe make a smaller version for a diskette.

Buzs the Squirrel?

I'm actually planning on doing something like that when I finish my major project. I'm not sure what exactly, maybe a faux manual scan for the love of retro.

Well I wouldn't go around showing it to everyone. It would be nice to see it on a box is all. And maybe take some snapshots.
