My truck is a 91 Chevy Blazer. I have a new CD Deck which is 50W by 4

I got a 10 inch enclosed Jensen XS Bass Subwoofer for christmas and now I have a problem...
WHat else do I need to install it?
AMP? What kind?
I also want the sub to be removeable because I use the truck to hall alot of magic props.

Pleasse Help me out! I asked the guys at Futureshop and I couldn't understand them and their special talk!!! It also seems like it will cost alot to install it.

So please help and also the best sound for the cheapest price would be awesome!!!
Thanks!!!!

Just bang your head on the window in time with the music.

You can probably find the warez version of the install file on some torrent site. Then it's free.

You'll need an AMP to power it; there should be a Wattage readout somewhere with your sub that'll tell you how much you need.

You also need to make sure your deck comes with the right external hookups for an amp. (Red & White RCA Plug)

You'll need to run a power cable from your battery or somewhere similar to power your amp, then plug the audio cables into the AMP, then speaker wire to your sub (Don't reverse your sound channels).

That's the quick and rough explaination. There's plenty of places online that'll tell you how to do it.

As for Hiding your Sub, most people I know with trucks just have it in the cab below/behind their bench seats, and run the cables under the carpet (NOT THE POWER!!!! Just in case you soak your carpet)
