Anything from indie to rock to metal to thrash and everything inbetween if its decent. I listen to no hip-hop or dance music, which may have their merits I just haven't discovered any yet.

Rock, metal, some rap. Got a totally unnatural love for Jpop and Jrap (That J stands for Japanese) though.

An uncomfortable combination of eurometal and terrible J-pop. And my own, because it's fantastic.

New wave, post-punk (NOT the same as punk), dance rock, a wee bit of house (808 State), post-hardcore, and some indie (Moving Units, Ted Leo, etc.).
Oh! My god.

I don't really listen to much music. But when I do I like very metal metal. Especially with chick vocals. Also SIDmetal and video game covers (if it has electric guitars). And old cartoon theme songs.

Stuff I like lately:
Lemon Jelly and all kinds of good Ambient music, some metal/death metal still.
Jeff Waynes "War of the Worlds"
Classic video game music including the soundtrack to Symphony of the Night and old arcade game rock remixes (Megadriver does a good job of this)
Still listen to some old-school DNB too occasionally.
Hate: Rap/50cent any commercial crap like that. I make an exception for 2pac of course though Edited by the Author.

I'm sort of an ambient kind of guy...with high pitched vocals.
Ever hear of Mew? That’s where it’s at.
I also do some electronic. I seem to be a latent dancer so my music listening is usually punctuated by me hopping up from my computer to break it down with some robot.
I'm feeling a bit wella

Muse. Just Muse. And more, but mainly Muse.
And also any band that I consider good, but I won't list them of due to the fact I listen to alot. But Nirvana, Rage Against the Machine and Led Zep are my favourites. Edited by the Author.

RATM were awesome indeed, but I wouldnt have classed them as "rap".. maybe "funky-heavy rock" definatly not rap though, that's an insult to one of the greatest bands.

I'd call it rap-metal/funk-metal. Agh, dunno. They had a pretty unique sound. Audioslave is also pretty cool, but still nothing compared to RATM.
