So I was out with one of my mates and my brother today. We decided to go for a quick drink and after my friend and brother had been served they REFUSED to serve me! They I.D.ed me! My brother is a year and two months younger than me! Argh! Why did EYE get I.D.ed?!?! We are all of the drinking age! They made me leave the premesis... I was cold and lonely for 20 minutes.
Also I wasted £5 on a meal at McDonnalds just so I could get one of those promotional coca cola glasses. They didn't give me one.
Then later on I was heading home as one of my other mates/Matthew Jeans/LOL didn't turn up. I had JUST paid onto the bus when he phoned me and said he was here. Bus Driver wouldn't refund me. We haddn't even started moving! Argh!
I do own a beard! Thats how I got my nick name! "Man, you sure have a slinky beard!" Well, it's not so much a beard any more... Just a goatee and some nicely styled sidies
There nothing else to do 'round these parts though =/

Seriously, I have a three step plan to getting through ID checks in clubs:
1. Don't look nervous, stand tall and take big strides.
2. If possible, stand behind a girl and look as if you're going in with her.
3. Look smart, they're more likely to let some decent looking dude in than a dirty scruffbag.
Pubs are harder though, if they want to ID you, there's no way round it except to get someone to buy the drinks.
I was just annoyed about it as I think I look quite old. I'm 20 in december and look the oldest out of all of us. Why did she serve them their drinks no ID checks then ask me for it after serving them, she knew we were all togeather. I shouldn't have to carry ID It's a family restaraunt, too and I was kicked out.

Also, countryside pubs don't have bouncers and tend to be more slack
