Okay, so I haven't been here for like 3 or 4 years. What did I miss? I missed out on the release of MMF2. What crazy new shit can it do? Have any sweet ass games been released? Anyone die?
Well MMF2 (if you havn't tried it already) has some nice features, layers for one, and hardware acceleration on the way.
Not to plug or anything but my latest project TMNT Engine (see profile) uses MMF2 and includes hardware acceleration (i'm not saying its a great example of it).
Some nice games in development right now, can't name any off hand but i'm sure people will fill you in.

It's easier to spam smiley faces now.

TDC news: There was a bunch of TDC enhancements, for example being able to draw and send your picture directly to TDC (Oekaki), a better voting system on downloads, a highly enhanced previews section (now called Projects), an improved buddy system, quoting of people and some more stuff. Also, Flava became an admin and actually implemented some of these things (and of course, Clubsoft).
Also, a Click TimeLine was created showing a few of the more important events over the years since clicking started to exist. You can access it at the link at the top of the page and get updated a bit!
MMF2 also has built in Alpha channel support, Alterable Frame rates, Global Strings, The ability to save as a Java applet (But can only compile java exe with mmf2 Developer)
built in ogg and mod music support
um... what else. Oh a better graphic editor than mmf1.5
