Like say for instance, to go around on this site, checking for broken links, then if it finds one, it should automatically e-mail the owner of the download, and inform him/her that the link is broken and needs to be fixed. If it doesn't get fixed within, lets say, 2 months, then it gets deleted off the site. Then there might be less material on TDC .. but, what there is, you would actually be able to download most the time.
