It's quite reassuring there are fellow TDC mentalists.
I'm coming out of my anxiety state now. In a nutshell from my loss of appetite I lost a stone in weight in a week and my body had started eating muscles, so I've been fighting and getting worried over that. But I'm eating and sleeping properly so my body's slowly rebuilding back to it's adonis-like state.

I had all sorts of anxiety attacks years ago, I found something called L-Theanine at the health store and started taking that every once and awhile, and they stopped completely a few days after. It's some amino acid found in green tea, works like a charm.
