Okay, I jus gotta ask. Is anyone ever gonna sort out the daily click search engine?
Searchin for stuff on this site really does peck my head. Or am I just doing it wrong?
I wouldn't mind being able to see the ratings of the stuff iv searched for. Or like, i dunno. Something needs changing anyway. I really hate to criticize!
I think the search engine is good..
You type what you're looking for, and 90% of the time you find exactly what you were after. If you want to see the ratings of stuff, you just click the search results.
haha don't get me wrong dude, it does the job it was hired to do no doubt. I just randomly thought it would be nice to see abit more detail whilst one is browsing through the click parade.
Well, i dunno. I'm just saying i wouldn't mind abit of rating/downloads/creator name ect. when the results come out. Rather than having to click on each one just to see what the deal is. But i guess the fact that you HAVE to click on each one gives games that people usually wudnt look at a chance...
im no expert but google doesnt exactly do that either. all google does is pretty much the same thing except with the entire interwebs.
search = results.
google displays a BIT more detail ie. page title, a clip of text, and the site link and size of page. but no like specific details. our search is fine.
Works for me. Unless you try to search for something broad like "strategy", "klik", "game", "pixel". Be specific.
Disclaimer: Any sarcasm in my posts will not be mentioned as that would ruin the purpose. It is assumed that the reader is intelligent enough to tell the difference between what is sarcasm and what is not.
but no one is asking for a more accurate search result. He is asking for more info on the searched items after they've been found, which can only be a good thing.. i personally don't care since i've only ever used the search to find one specific thing i was looking for but surely it would be better to have syko's suggestions than not have them, assuming its not too complex thing to do and doesn't take away from anything else far more important that people are working on here.
