Wanted to pop in here and say hi... I was feeling nostalgic about this place and decided to re-upload a game that was on here years and years ago called "Future Fantasy" - most of you probably have never heard of it - it's a very basic K&P rpg/adventure game, simple graphics and attacks, though back then I was the over-hyping machine and I admit that, so it drew its base of criticism and rightly deserved... Still, it's refreshing to come back years later and just share it with everyone here.
Don't expect anything too amazing compared to all the work all the amazing talented klikers have here nowadays, but back then it was something special to me. And was a big part of the AOL Klik Community. The upload just went through and is waiting on the admin staff.
Also, if anyone (ANYONE) has the old FF2 or FF Fighters (again most of the people who would have it are probably not around anymore) but if you do please let me know! It was a big part of my life back in the day and it feels strange not to have them.
Take care for now! And Hi Rikus/Rykus! (Remember that?)
ahhhh wish I still had this around! Was quite the game, back in the day, you did a great job on those. I recall getting up to the part where I fell into an iceberg or something. And some fat guy with batwings that scared everyone!
I remember looking for Future fantasy about 4 years ago out of curiosity and having no luck... So I'm betting it's going to be a tough one to find.
I found out about it from reading a pretty damning review on some old website with a communist theme. Called Desolation click?
Oh i see the one you upload is actually the one i was looking for!
Downloading...
Yeah haha The Desolation Click was pretty brutal about it I remember. But I really did hype the game up back then, I mean overhyped, really - so it was kind of out there and I had it coming... Plus I always just shot back with my radio show... it was all in fun back then. It's fun to look back on those days.
Andy I also posted a link for a TGF-ized version that seems to work with Vista. Hope it works for ya!
There's a lotta nostalgia here lately. I remember this, and the review on Desolation Click, which didn't have that many positive reviews. (I am still amazed they didn't totally crush Fishhead 3).
