Well, If you mean by Username and Password registration I wouldn't know many, if any at all. There are a few online games made or are being in MMF, like "The Agency Online", "Atrox Online", "Blobomb", and "Seek and dread Online" (I think it uses the Moo extension though). That's all I remember.

SmileyHouse is the most successful Click MMORPG in the sense that it was really the only one that got past a beta. SmileyHouse actually had people playing and was reasonably fun.
Seek & Dread Online ( http://www.seekanddread.de/ ) would be the best online shooter made in Click. It was actually really fun, I played it quite a bit and there were always people online (People still play it now).
Besides these two that the others have already mentioned, not many online click games last or ever get out of beta. There were a few others, a bomber-man styled thing with pigs and a couple of tank games, but the two mentioned above are the most successful in my opinion.
One of the troubles is that you need a constant amount of people playing your game. If there's nobody to play against then people won't be able to play your game. These online games need traffic to become winners.

Nice! You need to make us an example of this sometime.
