Save the frames as a GIF animation, upload to the internet (photobucket.com account perhaps) Use the link in your avatar settings. Or something.

There are a few online GIF makers, but they're pretty scant on features and flexibility. You could download Microsoft's old GIF animator or get a plugin for GIMP, or something similar. Just google GIF maker.
