I use Photoshop to color in most of my gfx. I used to try to use 3DSM to animate, but the modeling proved to be too much effort. I also use MS Word a lot instead of the MMF comments .

I use TGF for all of my hand done work- I, like many others, also think It's the best.
Anim8or (For 3D logos/text)
PSP (For graphical scenes/messing with hues, etc.)
Animation Shop (Animating things. Also used to convert files into gifs.)
TGF (For simple drawing. MMF's drawing interface is more complex than PSP, and I find has less capability...Easier to just import stuff from TGF or PSP.)
