For some reason people think that the daily click is a pile of crap with loads of 'nOObs' flooding the place with spam and shitty games.
its true some games are barely playable and nowadays most downloads are tests or betas, but isnt that just a small sacrifice we should pay to be able allow new talent to get a foothold in the community?
Show me the power child,
I'd like to say,
That I'm down on my knees today,
Gives me the butterflies,
Gives me away,
'Til I'm up on my feet again,
I'm feeling outshined.
I resent that! They need people to help them. Was anyone's first game ever a masterpiece? We should be more worried about the shitheads who criticize things for no reason, and the decline in reviews and articles.
Remember, there's a little darkness in all of us... we just express it best.

Unless you were born into the matrix then woken up into the real world, then you can have all the knowledge of clicking downloaded straight into your brain. Of course this won't make your games original. Anyway, people say that TDC is a newbie breeding ground because here at TDC we allow all sorts of people and we give just about everyone a chance. In actual fact I have never been to Total Klik, or maybe just once.
I've never saw the point of calling a person a n00b as an insult. The insulter is more a geek for saying such a thing and pointing out that the insultee is new and doesn't know stuff. And the people who usually don't know stuff are those in the transition period, from being a normal sane person to becoming an ultra geek who posts stupid threads about avatars and how tall they are and how many kilos of glass were used in making their glasses...not that there's anyone like that around here...

Come and annoy me more at
www.muggus69.tk STOUT ANGER!!!
the standards were a lot higher, so there werent many games (but the ones that WERE there were good), the best parts of the site were the forums. Anyone who says it blows (/blew) has either never been there, has no sense of humour, or got offended somehow (which isn't that hard to do )

What I've seen of The Daily Click is pretty good. You can find a lot of useful information, and there's always a nice person willing to help you with your problems. I like this site!
Gaming is fun... making others game is even more fun!
Good:
*Nice people
*Can be a good place to learn
*Circy, Muggus
Bad:
*Not many articles or reviews
*Dave C
*They let ASHMAN become an admin. ASHMAN!! He's the last person I'd give any kind of power too!
Wizard shhhhh and i agree Dave sucks and to reply to all this newb shit newb is a pre generated rank when a user creates a new account and if you judge someone by that your judgin them by a friking computer scripts i mean god come on i mean atleast newbs try and they try hard and they learn of everyone i mean for god sake u guys get a life and move on ITS A WORD! if you judge people by it u may as well have retard stuck to your forehead ok
The only thing better than winning gold in the paralympics is not being retarted
Not enough articles? 14 of my articles are on the DC. Sure, some of them were just improved versions of the old ones, like that anti-noob article, but I'm sure there's at least 4 superb articles on my list.
Heck, I've got a lot more articles waiting on my other HDD, but with the slow rate that everyone's putting thier articles up, it's kinda wierd having more than one of my articles up there at the same time.
But thinking back to my newbie days... the main reason I made shitty games was because they were the best I could make with KNP. Even when I did, I was too ashamed to post them on major sites like Click Cafe; just kept them on my own site and they got quite a few fans from fellow KNP enthusiasts.
Disclaimer: Any sarcasm in my posts will not be mentioned as that would ruin the purpose. It is assumed that the reader is intelligent enough to tell the difference between what is sarcasm and what is not.

we give everyone a chance at DC. other sites may profess to, but they know deep down they don't. and guess why DC is the most popular? it's because of the fairness of it. no site is perfect, DC included, but we try our best.
