It would really be better to make one using MMF, you are going to have trouble with the object limitation in TGF and also MOO2 isn't as good as the newer mooapi. I have coded a mmorpg client\server which I may be able to send to you in .cca format if you have MMF.
For anybody wanting examples for MMORPGS there are some good ones here:
"can someone please make a '.gam' file for a server adn another for a client for an mmorpg? " - You want us to make the whole entire thing for you?
How much money are you willing to pay?
If you don't understand something, ask questions... Also if you want people to take you seriously I would use spellcheck... A few typos and spelling errors are ok but when they are so severe that we can't even tell what the words are....
In a normal post it is ok to make a few spelling mistakes but when you ask for help (expecially this level of help), you want to make yourself sound as SMART as possible. People don't like helping people that sound like 5th graders.
Also, you should use MMF. TGF is outdated, and has too many limits for an MMORPG, if you use TGF you WILL fail. I will go as far as to say if you plan to use TGF for an MMORPG you might as well quit now and save yourself the wasted time, becuase you will just end up quitting later.
In TGF you have 3 alterable values per object, a 256 active object limit (I think), and lack of extensions..
For one thing, if you use TGF you will HAVE to get MooClick and you will have to BUY the MooAPI . MMF comes with MooClick for free, but if you use TGF you have to buy MooAPI to get MooClick www.3ee.com . You can't use Moo/Moo2 as there are no servers, and I don't think you can even find the server programs (which you would have to use) to host your own. You can't make custom servers in Moo/Moo2 anyway so there is no need to ask for people to make a server for you if you aren't using MooClick.
As for the client, without a server it's worthless .
I recommend reading anything you can find on moo, and startng with a simple chat application and working up from there......
sorry for the spelling mistakes i wasnt really paying attentiona nd i was in a hurry..
o and i meant cca not gam again a mistake because of haste.
anyway, assault andy, can you send me it? cause i am lost o this whole thing.. i downloaded the one in the link you posted but their were so many errors it wasnt funny.. if youc can send it to me id be greatly appreciative.
