Jonathon Smeby has uploaded his custom platform engine test, snappily entitled New Platform Engine from Jonny Comics. It has many cool features.

"After making my first custom platform
engine, I began improving it and adding
to it. Here's a demonstration of the newest
version. You play as Bolder who is able to
walk, run, jump, super jump, duck, roll into
a ball (Metroid style) and attack. In this demo, you must
use those abilities in order to collect the
five scrolls and one golden orb in the train-
ing area. This engine will most likely be
used in a future game starring Bolder"
