let me try to explain this in the most lol normal that that i can.. so
in this game you are your own ummm ass and you have to shoot poo to destroy
toilet-slugs...If you raised an eyebrow while reading this, then this could
be the game for you:)

from eating kebabs and chicken (if you get it) you will try to kill as
