GOTW #150 - Sub Zero Conditions

I've reset this weeks GOTW poll to allow Santasm to enter, on Rikus' orders. Sorry to those who have already voted. Anyway, the 150th winner of the GOTW award is Sub Zero Conditions, created by Willy (Monkey Business) and has received its well deserved positive comments.

if the game was never uploaded before why can't it be on gotw? If it was uploaded before then i can understand just to clear things up.

...umm.. Still in any case if the game has not been uploaded before then it should be included into the gotw. If not this one, then next weeks gotw.
