I've never listened to a Klikcast before. Every time I try to download one, my Internet suddenly gets really slow or DC's server starts messing up. Coincidence or censorship?
That is generally true, but not always. This is all hypothetical anyway! He probably doesn't even have 98! File download speeds should be just as fast on a 98 computer though. As long as it's not clogged.
