ClickJam - August 18th

In light of the cancellation of the Click Convention, a ClickJam has been unveiled instead. Clickteam are looking for people to organise these worldwide on the specific date of August 18th 2012.

During the ClickJam, attendees will divide themselves into teams to create a project based on an undisclosed theme, and will have 24 hours to complete the challenge. Judging panels will appear at each event, with the winning game receiving lots of prizes.

Oh, and everybody who turns up to an officially sanctioned Clickteam ClickJam and participates in the competition will get a copy of Multimedia Fusion 2 automatically.

Currently there's a database error when accessing the forums to find out more details...I assume it should be addressed soon.

Looks great! there are 10 countries on the list, but it seems only Mexico is confirmed? i hope there will be one in Oslo, Norway

Those 10 countries are already working on setting up a local ClickJam, I wouldn't say they are 100% confirmed, but it's close

I would dare to say UK, USA and Mexico are 100% sure.

I'd love to get involved with this but I'm currently in a cast and can only use one hand (won't be able to use both hands until after this date). I would organise a UK one in Manchester but I can't afford to rent the space.
