I finally managed to implement something that looks like really elementary for most people but for some reason I spent the whole day trying to make it work.
I'm talking about simple coins you can pick up.
First, the integration with the level editor was a huge headache, and when I thought I had finished the hardest part, it was time to put that in the game and make it work.
Result: I spent nothing more nothing less than over 6 hours just to make the player pick up the damn things.
I reached a point when the frustration took control of myself, the last time I felt like this was in my early days with TGF.
Right now it's 4:20 AM here, but I don't give a fuck, I did it.
Now the player can pick up the coins. yay.
