Here's a very crappy quality video of a teaser trailer for zombie swarm. I wanted to test a flashlight effect combined with the ambient music made by U.2. Unfortunately the video recorder was very bad

I'm going to redo this again, but here's the video if you wanna see it...

In this video I was using CamStudio, and before that it was hypercam. I can't find a good free screen recorder

I've tried fraps before. It was okay, but it only took 30 second video's.

I can saw for sure that Frap's quality is A+++++++ and defo recommend purchasing it, i love it! And i had the same problems as you with Camstudio, it sucked

The teaser was interesting though; music was atmospheric and the torch (though technically not the greatest, being able to shine through walls) certainly did nothing but add to the sense of fear!

the torch was an experiment. I had no clue how to use "ink effects" so I found an example on the click team forums and used it. It's just temporary for now...
