A lot has happened since I last posted here. Only a few sections to go, and another figment to build mechanics for.
The HUD has been revamped.
Combat has been tweaked with faster player attacks and better AI from the enemies.
Subapp objects have been removed and the menu system has gone through some changes. Now the game runs on DX9 and can still pop between fullscreen and window. Yays!
Still quite a bit to go, but my goal is to get this episode released by mid September 2010.
