Just one comment - I don't have a numpad because I'm using a laptop. Sure, it has NumLock but no one ever uses that. It's probably not your final design, I know, but just a thought if you're still thinking of including the numpad keys as a quick selection shortcut.
Don't worry, that numpad thing is already gone, since you can now switch your team in battle - it uses the same menu as the one at the start of this video.
Liking the idea of shortcut keys, though. Definitely something to keep in mind.
