Ladies and gentlemen here is yet another review from Dr.Sardonic [OBE] personally he took the words right out of my mouth. Mario's Haunted Night a review by *Dr Sardonic* [OBE] This is another pathetic release from BM (Badly Made) Games. I should have known this game was going to be a complete waste of my time from the mispelt title. I think the creator intended to call this feeble re-hash 'Marios Haunted Night.' The dialogue in the shambolic intro does not seem to make any sense at all and the english on display was moronic. The creator showed his stupidity with mispelt words such as "mean wile", "importain", "deafeat". A very bad first impression as i had no idea what was going on. I think Bowser is teaming up with the Boos (ghosts) to try to defeat Mario, or some crap like that. Anyway, the first level screen has 'no password' written next to password area. If there is no password why even bother to have a password screen. There has obviously been no thought into this shabby game, it seems rushed and not thoroughly tested. One particularly pet hate, that i found in this half-hearted attempt of a game, is the gaudy graphics. The mixture of good and bad graphics just demonstrates how tacky and tasteless this game really is. For example, the first level has a beautifully drawn tree then later on during the level there were paintbrush drawn sqiggles and heavily pixiliated objects and enemies. I was confused at what actually the enemies were. They looked like the mutated offspring of a turtle and yoshi. This "tur-oshi" also launches a cloud of brown, hazy gaseous smoke that can somehow hurt Mario. To round off, if BM Games were a real company they'd be bankrupt if not petrol bombed to a burning rubble. Like i've said before, there has been no rational thought to this game. Its a botched up attempt of a remake and has no place on my computer. I sincerly hope that the creator of this no-brainer game didnt quit his day job of flipping burgers. 3/10
