In the span of human existance, we have only shortly lived in space. Now, factions among the various colonies are threatening to pull the strands of human civilization apart.

As a relatively untested pilot from the lonely planet Mercury, you must battle one such faction. Ultimately, it will be your actions that will save the human race from destroying itself.

Features:
--Seven intense levels of vertical shooter action
--Unique power-up system that lets you customize the strengths of your ship
--Challenging Story mode and never-ending Arcade mode

Thanks for playing! This is my first complete game made with TGF.

Although quite short, the game is bloody brilliant! Quick gameplay, nice graphics, and rather well done story line. I definitely think you need to keep going in this direction mate. Now comes the constructive criticism, don't worry I will be specific. In regards to the story sequences, I think since you've given the characters names and personalities, when they speak you should follow the classic RPG style and show a small profile shot of the characters, maybe even different pictures for different moods. This would give the player someone to identify with. Now although the story's dialog is a litle rough edged I think you really have something pretty good going. I would like to know who the aliens are and what they're planning so I think you've done a pretty good job in making the story reasonably interesting. The only area I think the game could be enhanced further would be the weaponry. It would be cool to have the ability to use the points you earn ingame to buy new weapon attachments and add ons. You could even make it so that you had to choose between two differing way to upgrade each part of your ship, thereby increasing the possibilities of the overall out come....massive replay value add on. All in all, you have created a well rounded game and I think with a little more polish you might just have yourself a nice shooter series. I must say, I'm very glad I read about this game in the forums. A definite overlooked gem!
