The Chickening is a video game about a chicken. Who shoots lasers out of his eye. Flying pizza shot out of evil cat heads from Paris, France, Uranus have invaded Earth and transformed the President of The United States of Mexico, Robot Abraham Lincoln, into a piece of broccoli. From the center of the earth the Pentagon desperately dispatches their best agent: Agent 69-420 aka The Chickening. His mission: Destroy Everything and Save the Broccoli!

How to play: Press the buttons. Or something.

Menu: Esc to quit, K to Kontinue your adventure should thou choosest thusly.

In game: P pauses, M mutes all sounds, N means no music, F shows FPS, K kills yourself, Escape escapes.
You have to like, wait to peck at the food, and stuff.

Game defaults to using a joypad if one is plugged in (reccomended!) otherwise the keyboard, you know, like that thing. You can change stuff around by pressing f8.

You died: Suggest not dying next time. Did you try pressing the buttons? Maybe you had your eyes closed or something that happened to me once well these people came over and this guy had his eyes closed and he thought that the screen was turned off but really he had his eyes closed. Something to think about.

Update: Here is an alternative lofi 47 meg version. There are no videos and the game has been reduced to 256 colors giving it a funky look. It will run a lot faster on slower computers as well as not have any issues with video codecs. http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?mozvmyiiwi2

Can't play.

Second frame is white with two horizontal black bars.
The only key wich does something is F1 and it doesn't help.

Second frame is a video animation. You need the free open source Xvid codec to watch it www.xvid.org weird I set it so esc, and buttons one and two will skip, but never tested without the codec.
