Hello guys, Dubs here. Again. I have a concept level for a game I've been planning. It's called BlueGame, I designed the gfx to be simple so I could focus more on the gameplay. This isn't one of those games where an apple/cherry falls upward. (*clears throat* n_n) All the obstacles are put in place, all you have to do is avoid them. Don't let the simple gfx turn you off, this game is challenging.

EDIT: Get to the yellow square to win. (nothinng happens yet)

Red Color - dangerous
Black Color - ground
Blue Color - you
Yellow Color - goalpoint

WASD - move

While on a wall, press W to jump off. (You can hold onto walls, not moving platforms.

This is quite small; and you don't seem to be able to restart once you die.

You should be able restart, just press "R."

To be honest I just found it really frustrating, the wall-jump felt a little un-smooth and it was very hard to get on to the first moving platform. I see some N+ potential going on though, the movement just needs a little more smoothness and difficulty should be more linear so people can really get used to the way the player moves.

I don't think the simple graphics are a turn-off but they aren't really appealing either, they could do with a little jazzing up, even if it's just getting away from the one block colour for everything with some rounded edges or light shading.

Keep working on this for sure!

That was pretty fun actually. if the levels get longer then you should definately add checkpoints of some sort. What did you use to make the platform engine?

The PMO object. (Platform Movement Object) Fastloop movements are a little confusing for me.

Not bad, ust a little too hard to be fun. And the graphics are too uninspiring for me.
