You are an unknown adventurer, climbing an unknown mountain. You have climbed all day and feel that you need to rest when you find a cave. A creepy cave, but it will do for the night.
As you walk in to the cave you feel happy about bringing the lantern, shredding light into the darkness, with you. You walk further into the cave and suddenly fall through a hole.
You don't know where you are, surrounded by trees and tombstones. You scream for help, but you get no answer except your own voice, echoing in the dark place.
Luckily you have your lantern with you, still shredding light into the darkness.
Objectives:
Kill as many bad guys as possible with the light from your lantern and from faerie... explosions.
Survive as long as possible
Instructions:
Mouse = Aim the lanterns light
Left mouse click (when collected faerie) = Faerie explosion
WASD = Move
Right mouse click = Check score
Oh yeah, this game tries to be scary. Watch out for (kinda) scary things popping up.
wow that was very fun! music was good 360 the light was very cool and i got 24750 =P the only problem i had was half the 2 out of 24750 got cut off in the highscores =/
Weird title - good game. Much more atmospheric than you'd expect, looking at the screenshots. Should definitely be one of the front-runners in the halloween comp.
Very nice. The only small drawback, I think, is being able to hide in the corner when things get too crazy. Other than that, it's really fun and creepy.
A fullscreen mode or a fullscreen version would be nice in the future if you have the time.
Just edited the download with a real quick update. Had to add some credits, since I didn't mention Julia Zryd at all for the great work with the music before. Also added a fullscreen buttton! (btw, you could just maximize the window and for a bigger window atleast )

UrbanMonk: I was fighting time with this game, and barely made it
Since this compos deadline is over, there's no use to add it. Perhaps later just for fun... We'll see!
After playing this a few more times, I think it's my favorite so far. Not to mention, it's the only creepy/scary game in a contest for creepy/scary games. I think it also feels the most Halloween-ish, if that makes sense.
