Use A, S and D to switch lanes. Keep an eye on your damage bar: Every crash you cause will damage your vehicle. Good thing there are plenty of wrenches scattered around on the highway. Drive them over to fix your vehicle.
The large trucks will instantly crush your car, so avoid those at all cost.
