Yeah but no but yeah but no. He wanted to vote on past polls, the ones you can view by clicking the 'Polls' link on the top menu. Which you can't vote on, like. Cos they're past polls.

If the "general pool" never changed, wouldn't the water turn green?

No, the pool water would turn green if the pool DID change, unless by change you mean it was cleaned or it would depend on how the pool was before that was said, so if it was already green, as in uncleaned it would stay green if the pool never changed or if it was clean after that comment was said it would stay clean as in not green and by not green I mean clear, clear as in no bacteria. Unless of course the bacteria had layed eggs before time was frozen and the pool no longer had the ability to change, the eggs would hatch and maybe break the spell and change the pool green successfully. Unless of course the spell would also effect everything inside the pool as well... including the bacteria eggs. In that case the pool would stay clean as in no bacteria except of course for the bacteria and bacteria eggs that where frozen in time which would remain but be unable to spread. But then you have to look at that bacteria don't actually lay eggs so all of that is wrong. So Kirby yes you arn't wrong but no you are right, Unless of course you where not being serious which would make you right as in not wrong. Oh and by the way, I'm just trying to steer this topic off topic because I don't like it.
