Bromios: Yes, according to my entirely unenforcable made-up-on-the-spot rule:
If your signature extends the height of your post when posting a single line, it is too long

Sigs are stupid, Bo fu writes -Bo Fu,even though I can clearly see his name and avatar, And I don't need to read
"OMFG SIGS ROCK
ESPECIALLY MINE!!!"
every fucking time phizzy makes a post. I would rather not have sigs at all, quotes don't make you clever by association, and I have never read a sig that made me laugh.

Well if sigs are stupid, then avatars must be too. Having an avatar doesn't make you look any smarter, more attractive or funnier any more/less than sigs do, or anything else for that matter.
Sigs, like avatars, are just something for us to make our own, to distiguish from others in the forums, and mainly just for fun. Edited by the Author.

Has anyone (other than me) ever considered putting a vitalize game in their sig? I have no idea if that would work... probably not.

No, but I dont even have to read your name to tell that I'm reading your post, because I see a big glass of guiness.

Yes, Teapot. I would've put a tiny game of Tetris in mine if the forums allowed it.

"Just set your resolution to something rediculously high. Problem solved."
unless you have a TFT with a maximum resolution.
long signatures are crap, thank god you can put images in them here. but i got unlimited bandwidth so theres no harm.
but REALLY, its not hurting me so im not allowed an opinion on the matter. Edited by the Author.

the only way sigs could harm you would be if they contained some kind of super seizure robot. or a hypnosis thingy that made you slap yourself.

Once upon a time, I had a hideously long signature.
Then I got yelled at.

Yeah it is too long. I like Tig's made-up rule where the sig shouldn't exceed the size of your user details at the side of your post.

Hehe, ever see that episode of The Simpsons where 'Homer' becomes a definition in the dictionary? Well it seems MSD has become the new definition for losing your hard work and having to do it again. Lovely.

Well I don't like some sigs if they are far too long. Or contain offensive materials.
Personally I don't see a problem with having images as sigs. As long as they are not too big.
This is my sig, ph33r
