Hi. I was thinking what kind of post to make next, and i realised there arent all that many sports posts.
How much do you weight? is it hard for you to gain weight? or are you overweight like circy? circy weights 300 lbs.. and has a bodyfat of 99%
Anyway, you should watch out how many calories you eat per day, if you eat too little, your metabolism will decreasse and you'll lose muscle mass. But if you eat too much (like circy) you'll get really realy really fat.

If you run 1 hour per day you'll burn 500 calories.. and you'll become ripped, like me. You dont nead to run though, if you walk same distance as if you ran for 1 hours, you'd burn 450 calories..almost as good as running, but you'll take up twice the time.. and your methabolism will stay low.

That's nice but.. I recomend training your body proportionaly. People tend to work only the biceps, and not the triceps, etc. Or just the upper part of the body, and not train their legs.
Since this is a place where many hardgainers may gather, i recomend reading what to do in that situation. Some people gain weight easely, and gain bodyfat faster(look at circy) For some gaining weight is really hard. Remember to eat proteins because they rebuild damaged tissue and build bigger muscle mass. Your muscle gets bigger after you've finished working out, not during.

And dont try to work out while eating very little, if you dont eat you wont get bigger and ripped like me. In adition i can kick broomies ass cuz i go to kunf fu class.

I get most of my exercise from playing DDR (for those of you who live under a rock, it's a game by Konami where arrows scroll up the screen in time with the music and when they hit the top row, you step on the corresponding arrow on what amounts to a d-pad style dance-mat). I've been playing for close to 2 years, so at my level it's a hell of a workout. 300 to 500 steps in 90 seconds is beastly.

I weigh 130, and i'm 6'. so as you can imagine Im tall and skinny. I eat more food than akebono but don't gain an ounce. The only excercise I get is jumproping and fighting off the women.

For the most part I top out at 9-footers, but I have beaten Max 300 twice. 8th note cross-step runs always kill me on the 10-footers.

I play DDR occasionally, but that's it. I used to play really heavily for like two years (I played for at least an hour every single day in October 2004), and I was into the arcade scene but since then I've backed way off. Now I only play when I'm in the mood or having a drunken dancing game party with some mates. I used to be able to do a couple of 9-footers, but I don't know if I still can. I rarely play above Trick anymore.

i do a lot of working out, have a gym in my house. best of all i love rowing, it does pretty much everything in one big go and it tires the hell out of me.
used to do Jeet Kun Do or however its spelt. that was good

im 5'11 and im only 9 and a half stone, bruce lee was onto something! he was short and very light, big muscles are alright but highly compact small ones are even better, apparently. he only had 1% body fat too. which rocks

One day my metabolism is going to slow down and I'm going to get fat and have to go on oprah or dr. phil's weight loss program.

I recently saw Akebono with his wife at Restaurant Suntory, that bastard just ate and ate, bowls or rice at a time, and downed everything with Kirin Beer. His wife is a tiny japanese lady weighing like 100 pounds, I wonder how they have sex, she'd die if she was on the bottom. She just kept feeding him and feeding him, it was crazy.

I exercise my fingers at least 6 hours a day on weekends. Kliking really buffs up those fingers.

Im around 5'9, I only weigh 155 and I work out most the times if im not feeling lazy. I only have a dumbell and ive gradualy added up on it. Im at 30lbs now. Anyways I do some jumping exercises too, to help me in basketball. You know for hanging on the rim and all.

weapon training is good, it focuses the mind too unlike most gym work outs. same goes for dancing.

good body is good for the ladies. its nice hearing your girlfriend swoon whenever your shirt is ripped off in your average streetfight. and you dont feel sick when you look in the mirror!

Weapon training? I used to piss around with nunchucks quite a lot. I haven't done it for a while, but I was pretty good back in the day. I never got chance to break anyone's head with them though.

Check out Ebay, they sometimes have some pretty good swords for cheap. My Chinese mate bought a few off Ebay, about £20 -£40 a piece and they weren't even shoddy quality.

you can pick up samurai swords in some little martial arts shop near me for £60. dont know how good they are though, probably just meant for display. where i get my numchucks from... like AsparagusTrevor ive never broken anyones head with them yet... YET!

I bought mine from a fishing shop in Newquay, Cornwall. I was surprised at all the shit they had there, you'd expect them to have catapults and stuff at most, but they had fuckin crossbows, hunting knives, swords, machetes, nunchucks. I bought some padded nunchucks and some wooden ones. I practiced with the rubber padded ones, even those hurt my hands when I missed, and sometimes I break out the wooden ones when I have company.

All I do is walk litterally everywhere I go unless it invloes going to Townhall in which case I walk to chatswood, and get a train, but I still walk! However my back muscles suck after I picked up my friend up over my head and she started kicking and screaming stupidly, and my back twisted back and now it really hurts to do much bending!

 
The only thing better than winning gold in the paralympics is not being retarted
