No the games can be made with anything. Blitz,Jamaigic,C++. Whatever you want.

I ignore anyone who says not to add games not made by Clickteam programs, because you are allowed to submit games you made with anything, including programming languages. Btw, Wicket Studios, Jamagic is a Clickteam program.
