Someone turned me on to this today. It's an independant Star Wars project; a film with Phantom Menace-quality special effects and actually fairly decent acting (although the acting in the trailer looks shit). I haven't watched it all yet, but yeah, pretty cool.
I've seen it, it's cool. A swedish guy posting at a board I visit made some of the effects. I don't think the CG beats AoTC Anakin though (very realistic, but proof that computers can't act!)

Yeah, I saw it too. The CG is quite impressive for an independent film project. Some of the effects are close to $$$ effects, others are a bit more bland and could have used a little more time and "love".
However the acting could have been better. Its not bad, but it is not really too good either.
I haven't watched it, and this is rather off-topic, but has anyone got the clone wars dvd? The whole series as a movie works really well. It's action packed, fun and much better than Phantom Menace and possibly Attack of the Clones as well.
