I believe the Digital Works section is for people with creative talents that can show the rest of the world what they can do. Not just whipping something up in MS-Paint and post it there, or posting flame-war images. I submitted a picture there once and the next day one of the admins had deleted it, He even sent me a personal mail warning me to put some effort into my next work and stop spamming up the boards. So i told him to fuck off and never went there again. It WAS a good picture, it was some anime character i made up but it was coloured in with pencil colours and scanned without any cg work which obviously is a bannable offence. .
