Well I'm not sure if MMF Express fallows this rule, but you should always try to keep installers, not the files the installers install, when it comes to applications, because they normally install register files that will need on a different computer, or on the same computer once its memery is wiped. In this case, you might be talking about CNCS232.dll, & if thats the case, you can just download any of my recent games, because they all install CNCS232.dll, you will just need to manually uninstall them, because they will also remove the DLL file if its not found in use when you uninstall the game.
