Just out of curiosity, what screen resolution do you all tend to use? I want to get a rough idea of this.

1280*1024, sometimes 1024*768, depends on which computer I use.

Isn't this a good candidate for General Poll?
1024x768 by the way. Edited by the Author.

1024x768, if im doing TV-OUT such as playing emulators or watching DVD's i use 800x600.
1024x768 and 800x600 are pretty much the standard, anything below or over just seems pointless and stoopid.

Why do you wanna know Circ? If you're doing webdesign, you should make 800*600 the minimum you support, so I guess that holds true for everything.

Ha, yeh webdesign is what I'm asking. I'm tweaking the Euphoric Rush site around a bit and it looks a bit screwy in 800x600...
Oh well, guess I'll keep on tweaking

1280x960, it's essential when doing a lot of graphics work. I'd go higher, but then I'd have to reduce the refresh rate which I don't wanna do.

Same as Asparagus, 1280x960 and I would go higher, but my refresh rate would decrease dramatically...

Using 1024x768 @ 100Hz, I could go up to 1600x1200 @ 75 Hz which is the maximum my 19" CRT can handle, but it makes the text too small.
