C'mon... I'm sure most of you had some great ideas for games. Besides Pokemon fan games, Pacman, Mario, Sonic clones etc . Surely after all this time of pretending to click, some of you may have thought of something interesting. Considering how few good games and previews there are out there, I'd be happy to hear about a few dream games.
I've designed a few very unique ideas myself, but it seems that most of them just aren't suited to becoming games. Maybe themes for interesting games that would spawn a thousand fan games based on the world it's made on, but I can't seem to design a game that's actually... fun. Sure, there's gameplay and stuff, but it's just too much work to play (and finish) a game idea of mine.
So far, the only game I designed with plenty of potential is Combatant. But it's hell to code in MMF. Hell to even LOAD all those values & formulae. Even more hellish to design the AI for something with so many ways to play (though random choices seem to simulate real life combat well enough). I'd love to put the combat engine in a MMORPG or a MUD one day, though.
Maybe I'll post some of my plans later when I've got more internet time.

What I'm working on just now (since yesterday, actually) is a randomly generated platform-dungeon game, that selects from a library of rooms. It's going to take a bit of work to get my head round, but it might yet work.
Ive thouh up some crazy ideas before. I can't remember many right now.
Last night I suddenly had an idea for a game similar to those books you can buy where you get a choice of actions and you turn to a certain page to continue the story from that choice.
However instead of one story with slightly different actions the game would play out differently depending on key choices. For instance if you decide to go down the ladder you will end up at the beach and find a boat, then the story will continue from there but if you climb up the ladder you will reach a lighthouse and get attacked by a tiger.
this opens up possibilities for different endings. It's not a new idea but not been done in click to my knowledge.
A good idea once was a platformer/puzzler where you can't suddenly turn around in mid-air like most platformers - which meant once you'd jumped that was it. You have a gun also which provides thrust opposite to the way you are shooting. I actually made all the engine and that, but then I lost interest.
Also, I have a good idea for a Dance-Dance Revolution type game but instead of dance moves it has insults, and you have to time you insults to the people which dawdle across the screen. It might appear in minigame form on Scorpion Minigames II.
I had this idea once, than modified some names in this text because I had seen the game Pixelships(www.pixelships.com) and sent this to the author full of hope.
The concept would be the same, with Pixelships which you could capture if you destroyed it and a huge collection of ships.
There are several power-ups which you keep after the mission and can
put them on any pixelship. There are 2 types of powerups: Bots and
Add-ons. Bots are like some pilots (You alone can only command one
ship at a time) and Add-ons are for example: Invisibility, Enemy
Paralysis, Armor Recharger, and so on. Each pixelship can hold one Bot
and one Add-on. When the ship is destroyed, the Bot and Add-on are too
wrecked to be salvaged. Bots all have different attributes (Hit
percentage, Probability to avoid enemy bullets and so on) and get more
trained the more they fight. You can't control them completely, but
they will listen to your commands. On each mission you have a limited
number of Bot attribute points and ship attribute points. Add-ons have
THEIR OWN energy generator which only allows you to use them about 10
secs each 3 minutes or something like that (the advantage shouldn't be
THAT great).
Power-ups should be extremely rare.
Toghether with you there will be 100 (Or any other big number
)competitors which try to do the same as you (collect all
pixelships).
You can ally with competitors (That means you go on missions together
and if you destroy a ship together that he doesn't have, he has to
give you a ship of his that you don't have). And you can also
challenge them to a duel for a bet (a pixelship).
There will also be a currency. You will be able to sell a power-up to
a twentieth of it's purchase price and you can only buy power-ups you
allready collected at least once. You have to pay so much to buy one
because I think it shouldn't be so easy to change your power-ups so
you can allways have your favorite. It should be the same with
pixelships. However, on bets you can also win power-ups and ships you
don't know.
And there should be a possibility (just in virtual reality so you
don't actually lose anything) that all competitors with all their
ships (you can loan bots for free for this battle) meet in a giant
arena. The winner gets a special add-on or bot which you can only win
here. If the ship controlled by the competitor (not by bots) gets
destroyed, all his other ships get destroyed. There should be only one special Add-on and only one special Bot. They can't be sold, but you can have them more then
once. And you shouldn't be able to use them on one of this mass
battles.
It is also possible to meet a competitor in a mission in which case...
fire at will.
Everything will happen on a number of planets, all different and on
each planet there should be a market. Travelling from planet to planet
should take some time, so if you travel too much, your competitors
should be able to get more ships. And the "mass battle" should happen
regularly(once each 1000 days or...).
Right now I'm working on an isometric platformer mmorpg. It's going to have over 50 different character classes in it.
Here's a few other innovative game ideas I had:
-A co-op platformer called Geek Force. You can play as 8 different super heroes based on me and a bunch of friends from school and you have to help each other to get through the levels. Each hero has his/her own special abilities. I decided not to do this game. It was a bit too much "Team Spirit! Yeah!"-ish. I'm going to make a game sometime based on the same plot, only it's going to be a Warioware type game instead. I was kinda peer pressured into this project by some of my more annoying friends.
-When I was a noob, I started an interesting platformer where you played as a dragon. You could fly, breathe fire, and breathe ice. After finishing the first world on it though, I lost interest.
-Another interesting platformer I abandoned long ago was this platformer where you played through the levels on a skateboard. You could grind, do tricks, and go super fast while avoiding obstacles and trying to get to the end of the level. I stopped working on this after finishing the 2nd world. The levels I had didn't seem interesting enough and I got bored.
Smeby, I tried something similar with the KM compo, but it just didn't work out, but with some creatures evolved from black, red, green, blue pixels. Couldn't make it fun without making it impossible to do in 3 months.
Noodle, that insult game sounds interesting. I should use it as a minigame too .
Hmm... does anyone ever do a non-platfromer in klik? Seems like what everyone (including myself) does.
