this is a 2.5 mb video zip compressed, I think it's xvid format when un zipped. Anyway the person that did this beat Emerald hill zone VERY fast. I know how they did it but it's still impressive to watch.

That oil ocean thingy is fairly common if you find the right place. Your gravity and acceleration shoot right up to max or something.
anyway this was made via lots of practice and a special emulator that slows the game down. Basically a tool assisted speedrun. I dumped the movie myself, but you can find the full thing at

i think thats the site, you can get full movies there that weight in over 100mb.

Wong: Yup, that's exactly right. Theres a part of the level with those green "pipe" shooter things, and you need to get yourself wedged... its hard to explain properly.
