The GIF prolly has some sort of setting in it, that makes it randomly choose a frame of animation, each time its showed. Rather then playing through them smoothly, it randomly picks one of the frames. Thats just my guess how ever. Anyway, I doubt my avatar's the best, so why bother. I dont have any of my programs or anything on the PC I'm using now, so I cant make a good avatar with anything but paint, which leaves me with Pixel art, that of which I am bad at.
No, it's serving up a different gif each time. Check the file sizes when you refresh.

basic PHP and GD
the actuall size is 670 BYTES. the picture load this image:
and draw a text into it. the output image has other other size everytime cos it redraw other image everytime so if you save it to your computer that'll be it's size. (if you save it to your computer it won't change, cos it's not the php code, it's the output)
@Radix: Alright, I was just posting what I thought was going on, and the fact that it was a GIF, brang up the idea, that it might just be randomly choosing frames. My bad, thanks for the correction though.
