I used to play it on my SEGA console ... and i played it through an emulator in my PC today!! ... Cant just stop myself ... The intro scene made me so emotional i replayed it like infinite times ... I just wish to make ONE .. ONLY ONE MORE GAME but it must be like Rister
I can program the thing pretty well but noone here can make those kool graphics ... Any other RISTAR fans here .. and i liked FEEL too ( Ristar's prototype )

Ristar is pretty 2D tho, but I am sure thats what Brandon meant. I really love the graphic style of this game, one of the best looking MD games in my opinion, but the gameplay can't hold me for long.
Ristar was a little OK. I got bored when I beat that first snake boss. It just felt a little out of place on that Sega collection. Here were a huge chunk of Sonic games in that speedy way, then here was this slower paced platformer.
Ive got it on the Sonic mega collection too. Spent ages unlocking it.
Fantasitcly colourfull and some of the best music on the Megadrive.
Gameplay was good but after the second world i always get bored.
anyway it will be hard to make a ristar game heart break kid. I'd like to see a decent engine however that would be harder than the graphics, you just need to look at some screenshots of the game really.
Ive never played FEEL, any ideas where to get hold of it?
You can also unlock things by having save games from other sonic team games on your memory card, like sonic adventure 2: battle or super monkey ball. (this is the gamecube version i own)
however to unlock ristar you have to play sonic 3 and knuckles 150 times i think. Stupid isn't it?
I just checked some cheat sites and they all differ on the amount you have to do it...
