I'm using webspace provided by a society at my university. £5 a year for unlimited bandwidth and about 400MB of space. You could say it's pretty decent.
Http://www.doteasy.com for www.keatontech.com (Up to 200mb storage, 1gb transfer/month, Free web tools, A domain name, 25$ per year). I've heard that http://www.godaddy.com has domain names with unlimited space and bandwidth for $8 per year, but I don't beleive it.
As far as free hosts go I use http://www.netfirms.com (20mb storage, unlimited transfer (I think), subdomain http://www.[your site].netfirms.com, banner at top of page, very reliable). If that's not enough storage for you, just Google "free web hosts" or something.
I use the webhosting my ISP provides (planet.nl). 50MB, unlimited bandwidth, no banners. Good enough fer me. The downside is that the domain for the site is the same as the username I use to connect to the internet, so it looks a bit complicated =/
It is for me, here's a site I created a few years back, it's pretty pointless, but it shows the subdomain and the banner and all ... http://www.keatonb.netfirms.com/
Natomic Studios is hosted by SectorLink (http://www.sectorlink.com) They are a small company but they're user interface is very easy to use and they are never down. We've been hosted by them for like two years now without any problems what-so-ever.
For my professional design work my boss has three virtual dedicated servers at GoDaddy (http://www.godaddy.com). Because GoDaddy is such a big name in web hosting they have a huge profit margin and are able to offer cheaper hosting that a lot of other companies. We pay about $40 a month for a Windows virtual dedicated server with 500GB Monthly Bandwith and something like 10GB of space. Right now we're hosting about 8 different websites on this one server. The only problem is that GoDaddy's user interface is crap. They also make you use Plesk to change a lot of domain information and manage clients. Plesk sucks balls.

I don't believe your paying $25 a year for a server that shit. I pay £2 a month and get 5GB space, 250,000mb (250gb) worth of data transfer, domain name and free web tools with 50 email addresses and 10 mySQL databases. Your mother should slap you for such a shit deal.
Erm, Geocities. But only my avatar is hosted there and most of my games are stored there on about 3 different accounts. I don't even have a website on any of those accounts anymore.
I own a dual opteron server with a dedicated 15mps port
Email me if you need hosting www.coldmedia.co.uk -- Me and Lewis are thinking of a treat to offer to the click community, more will be revealed soon enough...
I use my own computer for temp. web space for quick transfer to a bunch of a friends at once. I use Sitesled with the account they haven't removed yet for everyday webspace, and I use Microsoft for my website (still working on it): www.CassataGames.com
Yeah, the only problem is the fact that it's not as flexable as say Dreamweaver, you have to use pre-built tools and stuff. Something I didn't look into before I signed up (and got accepted) into the beta, but hell. I'm in, I've got a free .COM domain for my website and e-mail. I'm fine with it.
I use Flava for my/our website. For hosting, it's www.pantherhosting.co.uk they kick ass and give us (ectoprods) all our hosting for completely free. Fucking roxxor.
