I must say I am truly disquisted. If you look inside Heart Break Kid's Playup Engine, you will see many neatly orignized, well written comments.
HBK seems to never write like that.
Now if you look at teapot's platform engine, you will see a very similar... well, everything!
Inside both games, the thing that gave this away the most is the way that two specific events are grouped in a group called "Slopes and Debug".
So HBK apparently took teapot's engine, got his friend who knows how to write to rewrite the comments in different words, and juust stole the engine!
HBK has shown absolutly no reason to be appricated as a kliker. As rude as that might sound, even Keaton and Kitty have given us (slightly)more reason to be appricated here, but do NOT let that comment go to your head guys.
what the bloody hell are you talking about. I've made the god damned engine and before that i've written few of the techniques in the Article as well , and well DUH! i've done same thing with it as i've done in engine's comments. Use the the thing upside .. if i can write for Article then i can also write those as comments. And BTW i don't have ANY god damned friend who even knows about clickteam or its products or even klik communities or games. And for the character i was going to use an object from the knp/tgf library like i did with my old k&p scrolling engine but then decided to simply replace it with a more simple object and went for this one.
Peblo , and you did'nt read my comment after that where i have asked you to look at my other creations .. you'll get an idea. Relax , i don't even know if there any tea pots or cups here on tdc. its my engine!

Wow, stupid, I said that the neatly orginized comments were comments that YOU DIDn'T WRITE. Your article is obviously you trying and failing to explain teapot's engine, and then you stole his engine. All the events from that engine are right in there, I compared them side by side, and all you did was rearrange the order of events. The fact that you both used "sloping and debug" is not a coincidence, if your idiocy know what that means.
if you're so much sure that i can't write such comments then go and see my other engines , if you think i've stolen those too then see my articles , and still if you think i've stolen even those articles then you are a fucking idiot .. can't do anything about it .. give me a damn engine and i'll write you few neat comments for that..
Again, The name of the active object is player in my engine not Blueguy.. .. I can see how much 'Research' you have done on my engine from that , so its stupid to just post a topic and claiming idiotic things like Author is not the author. Stop doing that , there are a lot of anti-hbks here , don't wish to add few more!

yeah alright nevermind about the blueguy thing. I thought I saw it. But either way, you wrote that article based on teapot's engine. Those comments were definetly not yours. You apparently have no comprehension of something called grammer.
And JPG's are bad. Don't use them.

although im not convinced he did steal it im not convinced he didn't either. it is pretty similar. very similar. except he added a spring and water. and teapots doesnt have that. and they're both very VERY basic engines. ive made one almost exaclty like this. and i never saw teapots or hbk's...so would you call me a theif? and i think bibin meant that hbk used a blue character and teapot used a red character. cause the characters look almost exactly the same. hbk's just a little bigger. and i make crappy games all the time. i just dont submit them and glorify them. so i dont see why its "impossible" for him to have accomplished something good. maybe he just put a little more effort and thought into it. but im still skeptical. so dont think im siding with you hbk. cause i loath you.

tyscorp: my boy ur engine was on MMF , get a TGF engine .. TGF is what i have , what i work on.
and ya , bibby boy .. normally peoples use 'Grammar' , my grammar is just fine .. you need to work on your spellings but.. try to make them look , normal .. maybe i'll give you an engine and ask you to simply name it , with correct spellings!
