The easiest way is probably to use the VCade server. If you sign up at http://vcade.neewah.com/ there are some examples there that have the code.

Ok, is there any extensions, that would help?

String Parser 2 and MooSock. I think the vcade developers page that you get when you log in has them to download alongside the examples. I think.

The above two are some of the last people you want to take advice from, for future reference.

Why not? I've never tried it, but there's a version of MooSock for TGF and I'm sure some way to generate MD5 digests. I can't think of any reason that it wouldn't work.

I know more about the v-cade score server than you do radix.
Here we go a quote from the v-cade administrator neewah.....
f i r e s p e l l says:
Neewah
f i r e s p e l l says:
i need a quote from you so i can prove to radix v-cade doesnt support TGF score boards

v-cade doesnt support TGF score boards

Many have tried but no one has ever succeeded in getting a TGF scoreboard (on the v-cade) working yet. Edited by the Author.

Both SP2 and Moosock have a TGF version, so I don't see why it wouldn't be possible unless something's changed with the server move.

It's definitely possible, as all you have to do is stick together a URL that matches a GET request (security notwithstanding) and open up a browser somehow... I've never used the V-Cade, though.

You shouldn't need to open a browser window, really.

Or you could just not use vcade and use you're own web server.

Wasn't it because you needed to use the Blowfish encryption to use the vcade remote?

I don't know what it used to use, but it's MD5 now (and I think you can turn it off). I doubt they would've used Blowfish when all you need is a hash.
