Adam, the drawing looks pretty good in some areas (not the teeth), the body looks good though. You need to try to add some texture to what you've drawn. I find it helps to create a new layer and just paint a texture on to the fish, add noise filters, maybe use some pattern overlays. Don't worry about going over the edges, because when you've finished you can just select the layer transparency for your original fish, and use invert selection to delete all of the texture layer that isn't the fish.
