Hey, I got into the World Cyber Games (Malaysia finals, CS 1.6).
Registration confirmation's tommorow. And the games begin on Friday. And I've got 2 tests on Fri that make up 25% of my marks (each).
Grand prize is US$400K O_O. I'll donate at least $10 to TDC should I win... so wish me the best of luck .

Absolutely. I've never been very good at those "Shooting games". lol. That and I prefer single player games to multiplayer, especially if they're online. I know... I'm weird.
Needless to say, I wouldn't even need to see you play and I already know you could headshot me 20 times before I got a clean shot in on you. Hell, a three year old child could beat me.
Let's just hope your opponents are of my FPS caliber.

Gah, lost in 2nd round of qualifiers to some pros who lost only to the champions. How the hell was I to to we were supposed to bring our own mouse pads & headphones? There were sponsors for those things. Next year, I'm going back in there and I'll bring one of those RM 50 ($12) mouse pads & RM 200+($50) laser mice with shiftable weights . And a team that's practiced for more than 2 hours a day. And hopefully there won't be any more tests on match day next year.

I think I'll have to replace half my team next year. They've gotten too demotivated after seeing the competition
I like the old CS 1.6. CS source uses too much memory and has too little extra stuff to slow down the game, but almost no gameplay benefits. Heard CS 1.6 also had that shield, like in CS: CZ, but I hate using that thing against pros, you're dead if you go solo, dead if they decide to grenade you, dead if someone runs up behind you . That and it gives the pros plenty of time to aim at the head with an AK-47.
