Did you do this in poser? Looks like poser to me. Try bringing the shoulder bones to sag down a little bit; she seemed in a relaxed sort of position but this was contrasted by her tensed up shoulders I also noticed that her left (to her left) leg is clipping through part of the backdrop.
I agree with the other guys about her skin. The specularity was a bit too intense, and rather glossy too almost giving her the appearance of being wrapped in clingfilm (this is a comparison not a fetish ) My advice is if you are going to make her skin shiny because is raining, use a soft environment map rather than specularity. Also the environment mapped (possibly raytraced, I can't quite tell) parts of her clothing are a bit sharp. Try blurring the environment map to give a softer sort of reflection.
The geometry of the human figure is spot on, and if you modelled that from scratch, then I'm impressed

Too shiny. LOL. And the background sticks out too much. Kinda like in those old games, or the new ones that try to show off their technology like Oblivion. The background should be kinda blurred if it's not part of the game, if it is, then I'm sure there's a feature on gfx cards that does that.
But great job on the modelling though. I have a great deal of trouble modelling hands, and too lazy to put the bones in. Main reason I stopped learning to do 3D animation .
